Amazon to Use Merchants to Boost Government Sales

Amazon Business, the company’s B2B marketplace, will be launching its new credentials search capability this month, and it will be showcasing products from qualifying merchants on Amazon Business as part of the campaign.

That will enable federal government agencies to help find merchants to help it meet their goals in purchasing from diversity credentialed suppliers, such as ISO 9001 certified, small business, women-, minority- and veteran-owned businesses.
