Apparently all CS help at Ebay is down. Cannot get any response out of the AI help chat at all for any subject, not even a call back or acknowledgement that I am trying to speak with it. Doing on 5 hours now.

E-mail confirmations are not being sent for sold items. Item shows as sold on the website, and the payment shows as complete, but no e-mail. It's bad to not be notified about a sale. Also bad for bookkeeping.
