Craft-Supply Sellers Get Early Access to Etsy Studio

Joe Stanek published the following post on the Etsy Announcement Board on Thursday:

We’re excited to announce that craft supply sellers who have at least one craft supply item listed or sold since January will be getting early access to Etsy Studio today! As we mentioned back in February, we want to ensure craft supply sellers have plenty of time to prepare for Etsy Studio so you feel comfortable by the time buyers begin purchasing in April.

Some of the new things you might notice on Etsy Studio are:

  • Listing photo zoom
  • Inspirational DIY projects
  • Reviews for specific listings
  • Search filters based on listing attributes

Though there isn’t any additional work associated with selling on Etsy Studio, we know how important it is for you to get a sense of how buyers will see your listings before the full launch date. That’s why for this release, only craft supply sellers will have access to the new market.

We also want to give everyone time to add and review their Listing Attributes before they become a factor in search later this month. Keep an eye on your email for more resources over the coming weeks.

In the meantime, you can add and review Listing Attributes in your Listing Manager here.

If you still have questions after exploring Etsy Studio, you can always check out our Help Center for answers.

Since this early release is a sneak peak into Etsy Studio, it’s possible that you may encounter some bugs or glitches as you explore. We encourage you to share your feedback with us as we work to get this new market ready for public launch in April.
