Amazon Seller disbursements will not work, the  system says  "You do not have an open settlement" When  a balance is displayed. So I can't get paid for the Items I have sold & shipped.

Cannot access eBay seller contact information though I made purchases that cannot be paid for because checkout is down.

After several failed attempts at contacting the seller through the message center, a csr told me that buyers cannot contact sellers unless a purchase was made.

Invoiced after committing to the purchases, the csr was informed that I was engaged in two eBay transactions.

The csr steadfastly refused to provide  contact info needed to advise the seller of the checkout issues.

Paying for a seller's invoice through either My eBay checkout or the site's cart system produces an unspecified error message with the following text: "! Something went wrong. Please try to check out again". Two hours on the phone with several different customer service reps resulted in one of them admitting that it is a site-wide issue that a random number of accounts are experiencing. Buyers can't complete their purchases? Gee... And eBay sellers are wondering way their sales are down.

There is a major bug in the eBay checkout system preventing customers from buying freight items (large over 150 lbs). Started occurring on 10-25-17 and I've called ebay at least 5 times trying to get the problem resolved.
Here is what is happening:
1) customer clicks buy it now button agreeing to purchase my item. 
2) customer get error message stating that seller does not ship to his state.
3) buyer cannot request a total from seller to add freight shipping costs and send buyer an invoice.

I had two apparently pending order placed on Nov. 10 that did not show up in my Manage Orders list until today Nov. 14. Of course, during that time I ran out of inventory. How can we be expected to keep accurate inventory if we don't know what is in the pipeline.
