Time flies when you sell online, and in recognition of the many changes it’s made since launching in 2008, online marketplace Bonanza has undertaken the task of updating its help pages.
And there’s nothing like putting a positive spin on a shortcoming: “The onslaught of items, new features, and shoppers had left our Help pages in serious need of an update,” a Bonanza moderator named Reilly wrote. (Her title is actually “Happiness Producer” on Bonanza’s Support Team.)
“We’re always happy to assist with questions through our e-mail Support channel and we are grateful to be able to communicate with you there. However we also understand that as an entrepreneur you sometimes like to find answers on your own time and that is why we recently directed much needed love to our help pages,” she explained on a recent post on the Bonanza blog.
Reilly said Bonanza plans to continue to add Help pages to help make it easier for users to locate the information they need, and she asked users to provide their input. You can find the full post with some examples of the updated help pages on the Bonanza blog.
