  1. Ebay is just getting dumber and dumber, I saw the jumbled feedback, it showed a sold item from year plus back, hows that show how I’m doing now. I couldn’t even see the latest feedback from my buyers. More stupid useless ideas yet been asking for combine shipping on the app(we’re working on it) for 6 years.

  2. Just dumb. Ebay management is sinking the ship. Our Ebay packing slips are now showing 0 feedback with 100% positive feedback. Idiots.

  3. “We recently updated the default sort to highlight the most relevant feedback for your potential buyers.”

The buyer is now getting the “best match” FB?

  4. I love how the feedback system is basically useless anyways. At least 3 times in the last two years, I’ve left negative feedback for sellers selling counterfeit items, be it shoes or car parts, only to have eBay come back through and delete the comments like they never existed, meantime the seller is still on the site selling counterfeit items.

  5. I do not pay attention to buyer feedback unless there is a problem. Good feedback describing superior service and product quality is helpful. I leave feedback for buyers when they pay. In some categories repeat buyers dominate, so feedback is not an issue.

It is important to highlight memberships in organizations that enforce a code of conduct. Listing quality is a major problem in some eBay collectible categories. Serious buyers seem able to avoid the worst sellers most of the time.
