  1. This is the most useless shipping. It’s cheap but you can’t get paid because the buyer can’t rate you because it’s not marked delivered. And Mercari can’t do anything for at least 30 days. Since it isn’t marked delivered I will owe a refund. So I’m out the merchandise and more money due to refunding Mercari is a joke
