  1. Until the USPS rethinks that $15 surcharge on items longer than 36″, I won’t be using Priority Mail to ship the artwork, drawings and plans that I print. We ship in tubes, usually 38″ long and UPS is about half of what USPS charges for the same service, and USPS Priority Mail is no longer guaranteed 3 days.

    The only time I use any USPS services is for First Class Mail flats weighing less than 15 ounces. Over 15 ounces, UPS is cheaper.
