Want to raise revenue, how about at least matching UPS and Fedex 48″ length limit without charging a surcharge. I know just from me, they’d get another $8k a year. They way their raising rates, they’ll have alot more free space in their offices.
The DMV Pilot Program is the most stupid idea since selling keys chains, cards and junk in the lobby.
Invest in surveillance cameras for BEHIND the counter activities to stave off any sabotage.
The only people opposed to this are the saboteurs.
