  1. You know? This is really not the time & place to try new things! The USPS is having enough problems with delays & MIA Priority Mail packages now.

But since they don’t seem to care that their current offerings aren’t working–why not start something new that they won’t be able to finish, get people trying it & then dump the program?

  2. Click N Ship is probably the most expensive way to purchase USPS postage, except for counter rates. No thanks. Try focusing on making accurate, on-time deliveries that arrive in pristine, undamaged condition–or at least so that the contents are not damaged.

Their overall performance, in my opinion and experience is seriously below par. Either fix your pricing and delivery times/guarantees to something that will work with the equipment and staffing you have or have a major shakeup to fix what is broken.

UPS offers competitve pricing, especially on packages over 1 lb. They pickup and drop off at your door. So does FedEx, althought I find them to be very expensive.
