  1. Why does the post office spend millions on flashy TV commercials and then no service on Christmas Eve? The biggest last-minute day of the year? Also why 8 windows at the post office and only one clerk working with a bad attitude? They want you to leave your eBay package in a big pile on the counter where anyone could walk off with it before it’s scanned. But millions in advertising.
