“Etsy” said I have 94% on time shipping performance.
That’s a lie.
It’s 100%.
I should be able to sue them.
“Etsy” is NO LONGER worth the time and energy.
My deliveries are showing up to my customers well before Etsy’s estimates.. So, for my shop, this isn’t a problem. I ship with USPS Priority mail with insurance and my all of my packages are arriving in 2 days.
“The End”…And yet, you explicitly said that you left Etsy? If so bad, why did you come back??
From the Etsy announcement:
“2. Ship your orders on time. Only mark your orders as complete when they’re with the shipping carrier to avoid buyer confusion.”
I do ship my orders on time, but I don’t know how to follow their rules. Etsy marks my orders as complete when I buy the shipping label. This is anywhere from 10 minutes to 10 hours (more or less) before the order is with the shipping carrier.
