  1. Once again it is all about how much more money can Ebay take from their sellers before they get wise enough to change something. If Ebay is raising their shipping prices then look at other sources for shipping items to those countries as I am sure they are probably all cheaper than Ebay but sellers are to afraid to make the change and take the money from Ebays pockets. As long as Sellers continue to allow these changes to happen with no loss of revenue for Ebay they will continue to steal money from the Sellers any way possible.
