I can’t wait to see how Emmitt Smiths company reacts when they get scammed for the first time by a buyer that keeps the product, sends back something fake so the return shows up and Ebay forces him to return the buyers money. Or worse yet, the buyer initiates a chargeback against Ebay since they are the seller of record and they try to take that money from Emmitt Smiths company. Either their is something in their written agreement which is going to totally protect Emmitt Smiths company or they are going to be in for a very rude awakening selling on Ebay.
