  1. i am so sure that i dealt with one of these characters. i had ordered a dvd at a great price and they sent me the wrong one, or so they said. when i complained, they suggested i keep the one i received, but i wanted the correct one. they said they didn’t have it, which seemed pretty sketchy. long story short, after a bit of a tussel, i received a refund. shame on amazon for not having decent oversite on their sellers. i no longer purchase anything from amazon, although i borrow my library books through them. also, i no longer have any credit cards on my account, as amazon is rife with folks who spam.
