  1. More and more I see UPS lockers and Amazon lockers in Whole Foods and standalone sites. The PO should look at “lockers” vs. in-house boxes. The USPS is operating on old technology anyway. Everything about the buildings are “old” and decrepit. If I were Dejoy, I would upgrade every single USPS site.
