If INFORM passes in the U.S. we can expect an increase here too. Several states, including Arkansas have passed or have bills similar to INFORM pending. The increased costs of verifying accounts and operating a “suspicious activity” hotline are going to be passed onto the sellers. Online venues are opposed to this bill, because it puts the responsibility of verifying
