  1. Where will they make these numbers up from?
    If I use my own buying account to buy from me, I know factually it is overnight local. Yet eBay says something like 5 days while my competitor across the country has a 2 day estimate. I ship same day cut off 6pm or so cause my PO is open until 9pm. eBay is just broken when I check.

    As for my store, thousand items, all the same policies.
    eBay shows Fast and Free randomly, not on all of them, and on and off on the ones it does show on.

    eBay is too broken for such tools and it will only hurt people without them knowing the issue.
