Im not sure whom this is directed to ….. HOWEVER
eBay has ZERO legal authority to ask anyone for ANY kind of paperwork.
Sellers do NOT represent eBay in any way shape or form (from a buyer/fraud perspective) and therefore, have no vested interest or legal authority to dictate to sellers.
*I* get Amazon refurbs all the time – no idea if this falls into their “trap”.
For a site that openly lists “reproductions” and whos CEO encouraged knock offs …OOPS inspired recreations … they have alot of cajones to ask ANYONE ANYTHING.
My lawyer is bored cause of COVID-19 (courts are closed) …….. “come at me bro” 🙂
but don’t worry, fleecebay will still let the chinese scammers list certified refurbs
