  1. Staples :
Where you go to get a printer, none in stock, they offer to order online for you, then you turn around and go home and order it. All that gas wasted.
Where you go to get a Simple Rolodex and they tell you they can have One in the store Next Week.
Where you go to get the Nice Roomy Post It Notes, and they tell you to try Stop & Shop.
Want a decent office chair ? Don’t even get me started on Staples.
    Staples now SUCKS.

  2. This Culture of Returns only encourages frivolous behaviors from buyers. No wonder there’s been a rise of entitlement attitudes from them that spilled over to ecommerce and will continue to get worse!

  3. And all the defects, returns, missing parts items, get sold in pallets and put back on eBay and Amazon as NEW.
