  1. Well when you’ve been scraping the bottom of the barrel for the past few years it won’t take much to say you have set a record. HA HA HA HA

  2. I notice that there is no mention of their overall results. To me this just sounds like another distraction for Wall Street to have when Ebay finally releases their Quarterly results. I may be wrong but I have a feeling that they are going to be disappointing overall. As for the increase in revenue from Sports Cards that they mention, that has been been due to the sudden enormous increase in the prices of cards not only on Ebay but on every site at this point in time. Mike Trout RC that a couple of years ago was selling for around $300 has suddenly climbed to as high as $4000 with no real explanation for the increase. There was a report in a few FB card groups that October has seen this same card drop in value to $3000 due to the off season slowdown that we see each and every year. It is going to be very interesting to see if this increase that Ebay mentions continues into the 4th Quarter. I have a funny feeling that it is not going to based on the recent results and the products remaining to be released this year.
