  1. Why is it so difficult for eBay to understand that it’s not its stupid standards / metrics / defects that sellers care about? What sellers want is not having to be forced to prematurely refund impatient / or just outright scam buyers who are claiming INAD when packages are already in the hands of the USPS. Getting defects pales in comparison to losing your money AND the items (which will eventually get delivered to these buyers who happily keep them with big grins on their crooked faces).
