  1. I just had to refund a $100 item that has been at the Detroit sorting station since August 6th. The item is going to a residence less than 7 miles away from its current location, but no one can seem to pick it up and send it out for delivery. Etsy NEVER gave me any kind of support, just recommended that I refund. Some day it will get delivered, and the customer will have a $100 OOAK item and there will be nothing I can do to collect what I am owed.
