  1. I shipped a one-day Priority Mail package from Virginia to Florida in late April. It was shipped on a Thursday and arrived the next Wednesday. I know of a woman in Illinois who received a Valentines Card in late March that was mailed in early February. In all cases, the corona virus was blamed as the cause for the delays. These effects of Covid-19 on the USPS were not mentioned in the article above.
