I am really surprised that Bonanza was ranked this high.
Either getting rid of Mark and his “canned answers” or the 500 tokens give to them after the sellers take the survey got them that ranking.
I still see sellers complaining about customer service that it takes days or a week before an answer is finally received.

I got an email on 2/11/2019 saying the review process should be completed in 1 day. Its now 3 days later and still no update
