  1. Me thinks that Ebay may eventually go private, like Dell did. Get its house in order and then re-launch as a private co.

  2. Marketplace sites (online malls) that small businesses rely on to sell their wares should never be publicly traded. Having so many hands in one’s pie, particularly greedy hands, is not conducive to fair trade.
