  1. Not surprised by this news, predicting these ‘partnerships’ would not last long, based on Amazon’s business model of non-existent profit for the partners. A quick study of the sales pitch when this program launched should have given anyone pause; the potential profit was simply far too small for the massive investment of vehicles, labor, and other overhead expenses demanded.

    Someone is losing a lot of money on these ventures, and it isn’t Amazon.
