Etsy Adds New Features to Its Seller Ad Program

Etsy Adds New Features to Its Seller Ad Program

Etsy added new features to its seller ad program. The features appear to add some basic functionality for sellers who want to review their campaign performance or start and stop advertising on a listing level.

According to the announcement:

“Yesterday we launched new time period options for you to choose from when looking at your Etsy Ads stats, so you can review your campaign using the metrics of your choice. That said, remember it’s best to look at information for at least 30 days to get the most holistic sense of how your campaign is performing.

“Additionally, we’ve added the ability to search for listing titles to make it easier to start or stop advertising specific listings.”

Etsy changed its ad program at the end of August to include not only Etsy Promoted Listing ads, but Google ads as well. A spokesperson told us at the time, “Etsy Ads unifies the company’s existing tools (Promoted Listings and Google Ads) into one simple, turnkey solution.”

Etsy told sellers on Wednesday that more updates to the new “Etsy Ads” program were on the way.

You can find the full announcement on the Etsy Announcement board.
