  1. Of course Ebay is promoting them as this is what Wenig wants Ebay to become, nothing but an online outlet mall for major brands and stores. All sellers that find and sell used items with the North Face name will probably get hit with constant Vero violations even if your items were purchased and by law you have the right to resell them (cannot remember the name of the ruling/law that gives consumers this right).

    Ebay always sides with their big name partners even when they are violating the laws because they know the average person cannot afford to sue them. I really cannot wait until they take on the wrong seller that has deep pockets or access to them.
