* I wish they would clean up their search engine.
* Get rid of the verification pop ups (Happens with different browsers and not on other sites)
* I hate seeing in the Community help complaints that they have been waiting for days for an answer and there is 50 employees. A few of them must be able to work with these people.
* But they will have a new “April Fools” stunt in time for this coming year.
Get things fixed that need to be fixed and stop overlooking them.
I agree with Dingdong. Plus stop wasting time on the blogs that aren’t doing any good and start fixing all the problems on the site. The Search has not worked since before Xmas. No wonder sales were bad no one could search. The Registration button on the first page is dishing out an error as soon as you hit register. All support does when people send in the problems is send back a standard form letter that tells people to do a bunch of stuff they have already done. Bonanza WAS a great site but has done nothing but gone downhill lately. And it doesn’t work to put a notice in the Ask The Community Forum because if Bonanza doesn’t like it they delete it. Bonanza needs to stop looking for new things and things to change and get on the stick and FIX all the problems. If they don’t sellers will start packing up their listings and moving elsewhere.
