Just a waste of the courts time. They will toss it out.
I would love to see a seller whose account was suspended/terminated sue the ass off Etsy for failure to refund the listing fees that had been lost.
I’d like to know how they sue Etsy! Did Etsy refuse to take down the offending listings? Didn’t think they could legally do that!
