  1. Hi Ina.
    I posted this under the USPS rate increase blog, but thought I’d put it here also.
    I use the padded envelope and the small flat-rate box a lot.
    Both of these will fit into a regular flat-rate envelope to save on shipping cost, (about 90% of the time with the padded envelope, and 99% of the time with a; slightly bulging, over stuffed, small flat-rate box).

    1. Really? You misuse priority mail supplies and come here to brag about it? Maybe if you quit stealing supplies our rates wouldn’t increase as much!
