oh boy, more business’s for fleacebay to steal from.
“We connect our sellers to buyers – we do not compete with them”
Yet, they point a potential buyer to another seller with a cheaper price.
Right…they don’t compete. They bludgeon.
I guess it really does help when Ebay actually shows your listings instead of hiding them most of the time. Why not show everybody’s listings 24/7/365 and see how much sales would jump? Heck the additional sales income might even pay for the additional equipment necessary to show all listings 24/7/365 that Ebay should have purchased instead of giving Wenig his bonus last year.
But that would take Ebays micromanagement and manipulations away and Wenig enjoys having that stick to threaten the sellers with every time they do not jump for his useless ideas. There is a reason that Sellers do not jump for your hair-brain ideas Wenig, they know more about how to run their business than you do and much more about the business model they have set up than you will ever come close to knowing.
Do us all a favor and spend the money on what is necessary instead of pouring it all into other countries economies who do not send any of it back to the US. Continuing down the current path is going to result in nothing but more layoffs and lower sales.
Is it just me, or is it more than ironic that Michigan sellers managed to sell in 190 markets…
the exact number of markets that ebay claims it has buyers in?

Isn’t that the truth. Mar 1st – 11th I sold $7000. This month so far $795 and 1 return, so I guess $600 total sales. Dismal.
In March I paid $2400 in fees. How can they keep continuing to do this to sellers and think that by trying to bring in new blood they continue to shoot themselves in the foot? Promotion after promotion. Customers know when to buy, that is when they can see the items. Bunch of fools in wolves clothing.
