About five years late to the starting gate.
Yes I got the survey and told them that they really need this to get done ASAP but I have also been telling this to them for a couple of years now so I do not think that it will be implemented quickly if it took them this long to even come to this point.
I like Auctiva and have been using them for a number of years. You get to use Endicia to do your mailings with their reasonable insurance for no extra cost.
In my comments to them I told them that eBay is dying and they need to get something going very soon because:
