As it is with sporting stadiums, taxpayers will likely be left holding the short end of the stick for which ever city wins the Amazon “prize” as it is reported that city will give up many tax concessions and Amazon typically demands lower wages from its employees…but local politicians will celebrate as if they got another Walmart.
