We are seller fulfilled prime sellers. Today the dates of arrival changed drastically:

I thought we could sell up to Thursday for our orders to arrive before Christmas according to the Amazon schedule. They still say 3 days left to shop Prime on the website yet our current Prime order show an expected delivery date of Tuesday.
I guess that is why orders were down for us today.
