eBay MotorseBay Motors launched Online Repair Manuals for Parts and Accessories. Shoppers who purchase a part or accessory for their vehicle can choose to pay an extra fee to access an online repair manual for either 14 days, 90 days or a full year. Once purchased, eBay emails the shopper an access code.

The move is a win-win for eBay – it provides shoppers with information that could make them more confident in buying parts, and it receives incremental revenue with the “add-on” purchase.

  1. I wouldn’t buy anything that is even remotely associated with my car, motorcycle or truck. What really makes anyone think that these so called manuals are correct or much less that they would be accessable tomorrow or next week. With all the funny stuff ebay pulls this is rated right up their as the joke of of month.
