Etsy has begun rolling out the new Shop Manager tool for sellers that it had announced in February. Over 60,000 sellers opted in early, and Etsy is rolling out Shop Manager to all sellers over the course of the next few weeks. Lilith from Etsy’s Product Education team published the following post on the announcement board on Tuesday:
Over the next few weeks, you’ll start to see the new Shop Manager in your shop. We announced these new tools in February and have since had over 60 thousand sellers opt in early, providing us valuable feedback that has helped shape the product over the past few months. Now, we’re pleased to announce that we’re rolling Shop Manager out to all sellers.
If you haven’t opted in to Shop Manager already, you’ll soon begin noticing a new layout for your Dashboard and a new navigation that consolidates your most used seller tools.
Shop Manager gives you access to all the information you need to run your business:
- Tools to tackle every task: Find exactly what you need when you need it. Shop Manager makes it easy to navigate all of Etsy’s tools, including your Conversations, listings, orders, and stats.
- One toolbox for your entire business: Shop Manager’s the home for all the ways you sell on Etsy, including Etsy Studio, Etsy Wholesale, and Pattern.
- Do more of what you love: Shop Manager saves you time so you can focus on the creative side of your creative business.
Get to know all the new tools available through Shop Manager so you’re ready when they’re available for your shop.
If you’ve joined the Shop Manager prototype over the past few months, or opted in early, you can still toggle Shop Manager on and off using the button at the bottom of the navigation, but you can no longer turn Shop Manager off permanently.
If you don’t see Shop Manager in your shop just yet, stay tuned! Please note that if you run multiple shops, it’s possible to see Shop Manager in one but not the others. Over the next few weeks, Shop Manager will launch to everyone.
