The awards were presented at the inaugural Pitney Bowes Retail Revolution Conference in Orlando, Florida to honor leading global commerce innovators, early adopters and creative problem solvers who are finding new ways to facilitate commerce by understanding consumers, thinking “outside the box” and delivering on the unified commerce promise.
The Retail Revolution Conference, April 24-26, attracted retail thought leaders, influencers and top ecommerce technologists to discuss changing market dynamics, industry innovations and the most critical issues facing retailers today. This exclusive event addresses the challenges and the thoughtful measures being taken to meet the ever-changing needs of the global consumer.

2017 Retail Revolution Award Winners
eBay Inc. is awarded a 2017 Retail Revolution Award for being a pioneer in the cross-border industry by providing millions of eBay sellers in the US and UK an opportunity to reach many millions of buyers around the world. Even as the Global Shipping Program (GSP) reaches its five-year milestone, eBay’s unwavering focus on innovation continues to deliver an even better experience for both sellers and buyers.
Harrods is being recognized as a Global Commerce Innovator for embarking on a unified commerce journey focused on continuous innovation. Known for creating magical customer shopping experiences, Harrods marries the physical side of retail with digital through several initiatives, such as recently launching an in-store mapping tool in the Harrods app and expanding its ecommerce reach globally.
Hudson’s Bay Company (HBC) is being recognized as a pioneer in cross-border commerce and a partner focused on continuous innovation. Through its all-channel strategy and focus on the consumer, HBC has expanded its ship-from-store offering and improved its distribution networks, as it continues to expand globally.
Visible Supply Chain Management (VSCM) is receiving this recognition for its openness to new ideas and technology, and for its focus on creating a better warehouse management process for its customers. VSCM’s commitment to building partnerships and being at the forefront of domestic shipping operations are two of the reasons for this recognition.
Zumiez is receiving a 2017 Retail Revolution Award for its work in creating a consumer-driven operation. Zumiez, a leading specialty retailer has responded to its customer’s needs by implementing new processes and technology that inherently support the omni-channel experience and has allowed Zumiez to close its centralized fulfillment center in favor of fulfilling orders from its store base.
