XSellco and Linnworks are excited to announce the launch of Price Manager and High5 applications in the Linnworks app store.
XSellco partnered with multichannel inventory management solution Linnworks in April 2016, and they are delighted to announce that from Tuesday 7th February 2017 all XSellco products will be available to Linnworks customers.
XSellco and Linnworks have been working closely with their customers to further improve the partnership to include the full range of XSellco products; Fusion the Help Desk solution for online retailers, Price Manager the Amazon repricing tool and High 5 the feedback management tool.

This partnership provides online retailers with a full view of their customer experience so that they can make informed and intelligent business decisions. Consumers expect fast and efficient customer support. Support teams need to have a full view of their customer’s order history and inventory details to respond quickly and smartly to queries.
New features to the Linnworks XSellco partnership include:
- New Internal Notes functionality – update your Linnworks order notes within XSellco Fusion
- Print your order labels or Linnworks orders from XSellco
- View your repricer product information (stock levels, cost price etc.) from within your dashboard.
From February 7th, Linnworks customers will be able to access all three XSellco applications from within their Linnworks.net account. Simply go the the Linnworks Application Store and click to install the XSellco app.
Linnworks and XSellco will continue to work together to give customers full visibility across their customer support interactions.
