eBay is running yet another free-listing promotion, and no surprise, it’s by invitation only. This latest sale lets sellers list up to 6,000 fixed-price listings and pay no insertion fee. Included in the promotion are 3, 5, 7, 10, and 30-day listing durations – though presumably eBay will charge sellers for the optional 40-cent fee to run 10-day listings.
The promotion is available by invitation only – sellers invited to participate will have received an email or message in My eBay. The promotion is activated with the seller’s qualifying eBay user ID and is not transferable.
The sale runs from April 29 through May 4, 2014. Only sellers whose accounts meet eBay’s minimum seller performance standards are eligible. All existing selling limits as well as category and item limits apply and may exclude sellers from creating the maximum number of listings included in the promotion.
All other fees apply, see eBay website for details and restrictions, and see Monday’s newsletter for a rundown of other recent eBay promotions.
