If you sell online, it’s probably no surprise to learn that shipping and greater exposure top sellers’ wish list of improvements to marketplaces. In this case, the data comes from a survey conducted by online marketplace Bonanza, and the top wishes are for shipping labels and more advertising.
Two weeks ago Bonanza asked sellers to help guide it toward making the best possible marketplace in 2014. The company published the results on its blog on Thursday, reporting a record number of responses that provided some “great feedback.”
Bonanza sellers’ wish for more advertising is likely to come true. Founder and CEO Bill Harding shared his plans for the marketplace for the coming year last month, telling EcommerceBytes he had budgeted $1 million in advertising for 2014.
