eBay sellers who use inkFrog are in turmoil after learning on Wednesday that its owner Wix is shuttering the listing tool in June. Other companies are stepping into the breach with offers for inkFrog customers. (More about inkFrog’s demise on the EcommerceBytes Blog.)
Frooition (a certified eBay Partner and registered eBay Developer) launched a dedicated migration program for InkFrog customers that includes free CSV import, designer rebuild of sellers’ top 5 templates, and refund-matching as Frooition credit. Founder and CEO Phillip Molloy said he reached out to InkFrog management with an offer to provide assistance.

3Dsellers (an eBay Silver Solution Provider authorized by eBay) published an article about inkFrog’s closure including the ramifications for sellers, such as the following:
“Your live eBay listings won’t disappear when Inkfrog shuts down. However, if you used Inkfrog templates with Inkfrog-hosted design elements like banners, headers, store logos, or promotional graphics, those hosted images will be lost and will no longer appear on your templates.”
It also said inventory sync would stop working for multi-channel sellers, putting them at risk of overselling, and, “Finally, all your saved draft listings, templates, master profiles, bulk revision rules, and listing workflows stored in Inkfrog will be inaccessible after the shutdown.”
The article also explains the process of migrating from inkFrog to 3Dsellers, which offers “a completely free 7-day trial with no credit card required and no commitment.”
Payhelm offers an agentic listing management system where the agent can update, create, or manage listings from PayHelm. Andrew Sukow, who cofounded Terapeak and sold it to eBay, said sellers can also park their listings and data in Payhelm’s system, which includes reporting for easier year-end taxes.
