Etsy runs targeted promotions as part of its marketing and loyalty efforts, and this month it’s running an Extra Perk Promotion: Spend $45+ by May 11 and get a $5 Etsy credit for a future order. (Mother’s Day falls on May 10th this year.)
The Etsy-funded promotion does not require buyers to enter a coupon code – but is targeted at certain people. The terms in Etsy House Rules describe the promotion as follows:

No code needed. Offer ends at 11:59pm ET, 7 days after it’s first presented to you. One-time only. Minimum $45 order (excludes taxes and shipping). The $5 Etsy credit expires 90 days from your order date. Etsy credit will be automatically added to your credit balance after the order payment is processed.
