eBay Answer to Amazon Big Spring Sale: a 48-Hour Livestream Shopping Event

eBay announced a “48 Hours of Drops” livestream shopping event taking place Thursday and Friday of this week, overlapping with Amazon’s Big Spring sale which kicked off on Wednesday and runs through March 31st.

The 48 Hours of Drops is taking place on the eBay Live platform and features five marquee live streams, “each designed to bring fans closer to the categories – and personalities – they care about most”:

  • 24 Hours of Hermès Drops | March 26, 1 p.m. PT
  • Goldin Gem Mint Night | March 26, 2 p.m. PT
  • Collectibles Breaks with Blez | March 26, 3 p.m. PT
  • Vintage Pokémon Booster Drops | March 26, 5 p.m. PT
  • Live from the Closet with La La Anthony | March 27, 5 p.m. PT

“Viewers can engage in real time, bid live, and secure standout pieces across fashion and collectibles. From Birkins starting at $1 to charity closet cleanouts and vintage Pokémon booster packs, there’s something for everyone,” eBay stated.

Selling on eBay Live is restricted to select sellers; livestream auctions can be accessed on eBay Live.
