Amazon Business Prime Drives over $35 Billion in Gross Sales

Amazon Business, which now drives over $35 billion in annualized gross sales, announced new benefits of the Business Prime program and said the expanded benefits can help businesses save nearly $1,000 per year as well as streamline operations and simplify business buying. Included are the following new benefits:

  • Access to QuickBooks Online Simple Start for $180 per year, a 60% discount off the regular $456 MSRP.
  • Access to cybersecurity platform CrowdStrike Falcon Go, at no additional cost to Business Prime members on the Essentials plan and above.
  • Access to payroll and HR platform Gusto at 70% off for the first year.

Amazon Business Prime members saved over $750 million globally in shipping fees in 2024, Amazon said, ” and nearly 50% of global orders and over 70% of U.S. Business Prime orders arrived the same day or next day in the last year.”

Amazon Business Prime is available in 11 countries (Australia, Canada, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Spain, the UK, and the US) and serves over eight million organizations globally, excluding emerging geographies.

Note that Walmart, which offers a membership program called Walmart Plus, also has a program for organizations called Walmart Business Plus.
