eBay Motors is raising fees as it makes changes to duration options for vehicles. Note that eBay charges different fees for vehicles than it does for eBay Motors Parts & Accessories listings, which are not changing.
eBay explains the current fees for eBay Motors listing durations as follows:
“When you create a listing, you can use the auction-style or fixed price format with a listing duration of 3, 5, 7, and 10 days. If you use fixed priced, you can also list your vehicle for up to 21 days. We charge a fee for 10 and 21-day durations.”
The fee for 10-day durations is $18 and the fee for 21-day durations is $40.
Beginning October 22, 2018, eBay will no longer offer the 21-day duration option for fixed-price listings for the following eBay Motors categories: Cars & Trucks, Motorcycles, Boats, Powersports, and Other Vehicles & Trailers.
Instead, it will offer a new 30-day listing duration option that will cost $50.
