“I started my own business after hearing a young boy express his frustration about the lack of items available for boys at markets and craft fairs,” said Alberta resident and MDH Toys founder, Miriam Handfield. “I take great pride in the effort my husband and I put into creating unique toys, games and educational materials – and we are excited to begin selling on Handmade at Amazon.ca.”
“When I craft my products, I find myself most inspired and energized when I am wandering through our multicultural neighborhoods here in Toronto,” described Sandra Negrete who owns and operates Nocturnal Blue out of her Toronto home. “Canada is such a diverse place to call home – and I am thrilled to know my fellow Canadians can now experience and enjoy Handmade at Amazon.ca.”
“Selling my jewellery on Handmade at Amazon has allowed me to achieve my dreams while doing a job I love,” explained Tara Reid, founder of Ontario-based Starletta Designs. “With the launch of Handmade at Amazon.ca, I am excited that my neighbors and friends across Canada can now buy the products I design and craft in my studio in Ontario.”
