Etsy Accepting Applications for Team Fellowships

Etsy has a large community of buyers and sellers who network online, and it also has a large grassroots presence in local communities. That’s thanks in part to Etsy teams a community feature where users can connect with other members. Shoppers can even browse teams by theme or location to find shops that might interest them. Team members can also stay in touch by signing up for team daily digest emails that include a team’s latest discussions.

Etsy offers support to teams, and it’s currently accepting applications for team “captains” and “leaders” for its Team Fellowships. Etsy states, “Whether you want to expand your team, plan or promote an event or help your members become closer, the Teams Fellowship Program delivers the tools and know-how you need.”

The quarterly fellowship program provides Team Captains and Leaders with access to support for holding events; advice for team management, promotional opportunities and materials to use within their communities, guidance for helping members be more successful, and networking opportunities with Etsy Admin and other team leaders.

Applications are due by January 15 and will be reviewed by Etsy staff. Only one application submission per team per quarter is allowed, and every applicant will receive an email update from Etsy by January 24th.

More information is available on Etsy’s application form on the SurveyGizmo.com website.
