eBay Adds Traffic Data, Performance Metrics to Mobile App

eBay sellers can now use the mobile app to view traffic data and click-through rates. eBay said it added Performance Insights to the eBay mobile app for iOS and Android users on October 14th. “This update is designed to help you understand and improve your business performance directly from your phone.”

eBay said sellers can use the traffic patterns and performance metrics to help optimize listings and enhance business performance, explaining that sellers can use Performance Insights to do the following:

  • View real-time traffic graphs
  • Track listing views and impressions
  • Monitor click-through rates
  • Break down traffic sources

“You can now monitor the performance of your listings on the go. Performance Insights provides the critical data you need to make informed decisions directly from your phone, wherever you are,” eBay said in Monday’s announcement to sellers.

  1. Somehow monitoring metrics and performance didn’t help my sales. sales stopped completely recently last month 65% down this year 65% down.

  2. I’d rather have combined shipping on the app, ebay just doesn’t understand how many sale’s I’ve lost
